Professional Partnership proposal for Doctors and Nurses

The purpose of this partnership is to:

Partner Doctors and Nurses may provide one or more of the following services through MediBridge:

For Doctors
  • General medical consultations (in-person or virtual)

  • Specialist consultations (where applicable)

  • Medical reviews and follow-ups

  • Referral and second-opinion services

For Nurses
  • Home nursing and bedside care

  • Wound care, injections, and monitoring

  • Patient follow-up and health education

  • Community and elderly care support

Step 1: Registration & Verification

Healthcare providers submit:

  • Valid professional license

  • Identification documents

  • Area(s) of practice and availability

MediBridge verifies credentials to ensure patient safety and quality standards.

Step 2: Service Alignment

Both parties agree on:

  • Type of services to be offered

  • Mode of service delivery (clinic, homecare, or virtual)

  • Referral and payment model

Step 3: Patient Referral & Booking
  • Patients contact MediBridge through the call center or partner channels

  • MediBridge conducts initial triage and scheduling

  • Suitable cases are referred to the partner provider

Step 4: Service Delivery

The provider delivers care professionally and in line with accepted medical standards.

Step 5: Follow-Up & Support

MediBridge supports:

  • Prescription refills and medication sourcing

  • Appointment reminders

  • Patient coordination and feedback collection

For Doctors & Nurses
  • Increased patient flow without marketing stress

  • Flexible work engagement based on availability

Partnership compensation may be structured as:

  • Monthly Subscription Model (flat partnership fee with access to referrals), OR

  • Commission-Based Model (payment per patient referred or serviced), OR

  • Hybrid Model (mutually agreed combination)

All financial terms will be clearly defined in a service agreement.

MediBridge Responsibilities
  • Patient sourcing and coordination

  • Appointment scheduling and follow-ups

  • Medication access support

  • Provider listing and promotion

  • Recordkeeping and reporting

Provider Responsibilities
  • Maintain valid licensure and ethical practice

  • Deliver professional and timely care

  • Provide accurate medical documentation

  • Communicate availability and service updates

All partners must:

  • Adhere to national healthcare regulations

  • Maintain patient confidentiality

  • Practice within professional scope

  • Uphold MediBridge’s standards of care and ethics

This partnership shall remain active subject to:

  • Continuous professional compliance

  • Periodic performance and quality review

  • Mutual respect of agreed terms

Either party may review or terminate the partnership with written notice.
